Villa 12 is surrounded by lush green vegetation, overlooks the sea and is the perfect place from which to explore Itacaré´s beautiful coast in total privacy.
The villa´s decoration has Brazilian and Scandinavian touches and has been designed to blend into the surrounding countryside. It is decorated with pieces of art and furniture designed by local artisans and Brazilian designers.
The villa´s 940 m² houses a sea facing master suite with an adjoining child´s bedroom within the main bungalow. A further six en-suite bungalows are inter-linked by decked footpaths. The highlight of this villa is the communal area which has a TV room, living room, kitchen and an infinity pool from which to while away lazy afternoons watching the sea. On the lower level of the main bungalow there is a games room with a TV and gym equipment and a deck which overlooks the horizon, perfect for yoga sessions surrounded by nature and a cooling breeze.
The villa is part of the neighboring Hotel Barracuda, one of the best hotels in the area, so guests can make use of all its facilities. The villa´s staff includes a housekeeper and a daily cleaner but guests can also use the hotel´s host service, transport within the condominium as well as the tennis courts. The Barracuda team can arrange trips in the local area, massages, meals and any other needs the guests may have.
